Our products are services and efforts delivered to those who request them on a pre-order basis; therefore, there are no tangible products subject to exchange or return.

Order cancellation terms

Order cancellation is accepted as outlined below:

1. The service fee can only be refunded if the MBF Group team has not yet started the service.
2. Order cancellation is accepted if execution of the service has not yet begun.
3. Cancellation or exchange is accepted within 24 hours of the order creation date and before work begins — whichever comes first. Once work has started (status set to
4. Changing the order status to (In progress) or notifying the client of commencement through any channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS, social media and instant messaging apps, phone call) means work on the order has begun — whether part or all of it has been completed.
5. MBF Group commits to sending the client notifications and updates on project progress fulfilling the service request; the client may not cancel the order while work is underway, and must adhere to the requested service duration.
6. The completion period for the order (agreed service) ranges from 7 to 40 business days, or as the service specifies.
7. MBF Group does not guarantee sales, engagement levels, or follower counts, but guarantees the client concise (verbal or written) reports on advertising campaigns as agreed in the service request.
8. You cannot cancel any order once work has begun — whether fully or partially completed — and MBF Group commits to completing and delivering the work within the agreed period.
9. Upon receiving and accepting a cancellation request, we will refund the order price within 7 business days.
10. Please note the refunded amount will have electronic payment processing fees deducted from the order value, in addition to bank transfer costs.
