Marketing Automation

Customer journeys that run themselves: who does what, and when the next message arrives — without anyone having to remember.

Automation is not sending more messages — it is sending the right message at the right moment without intervention. Someone who abandoned a cart gets a reminder an hour later. Someone who bought gets thanks, then a suggestion two weeks on. Someone who enquired and went quiet gets a follow-up after three days. Every one of these should have been done by a person — and is not, because they are busy.

We start by mapping your customer's actual journey rather than the tool. Where do they stall? Which question stops them completing? Then we build the sequence on those moments. Automation built on a tool without a journey produces automated nuisance.

And the line we do not cross: automation serves the customer, it does not chase them. A sequence firing five messages a week at someone who never asked burns the list and earns a bad name. We set timing, frequency and stop conditions — including an immediate stop the moment a human replies.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between marketing automation and AI?Automation executes a rule you wrote: "if this happens after that, send this message." Its output is fully predictable and reviewable line by line. AI generates and decides in situations never written down — drafting a reply, classifying intent, summarising a conversation. The two work together: the rule decides when, the model decides what is said.
Does automation replace employees? No. It replaces repetitive tasks an employee performs with no added value — reminding, tagging, copying between tools. The time freed goes to what a machine does not do: the difficult conversation, the negotiation, the relationship.
How many sequences do we need?We usually start with one or two addressing the biggest leak, then measure. Building ten at once makes it impossible to tell what worked, and raises the risk of overlapping messages annoying the customer.
Which tools do you work on?On what you already have if it fits, or we recommend what suits your scale and budget. We do not lock you into a particular tool, and we factor annual subscription cost into the decision.
